Who came up with this new format? You know this idea where the Idols sing two songs, separately & then finally get judged after the second one. Not a successful tweaking, dare we say. And it really threw Paula for a loop, who did her own Brookesian faux pas by commenting on Jason's two songs....before he even did his second one! Well, Paula you really could have summed up Jason's two performances in the same one word: uninspired. He's lost any interest in winning this juggernaut & seems disconnected. Actually most of the performances were uninspired & too constricted, 'cept for David C.'s "I'm Alive" & Syesha's " Thank the Lord...". Our beloved show was way too rushed, established no rhythm & as Simon noted it was a weird night & 'oh so chaotic'....and on that note(pun intended, yes!) prompterguy is going to cleanse himself by listening to the real deal himself.....
