This total body workout will help participants improve flexibility, posture, balance and strength. The class is designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well-being. Students will leave feeling relaxed and energized. Suitable for all levels. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat although loaners are available. Classes are ongoing every month.
$35 per month for 1 day per week / $55 per month for 2 days per week.
