This recital showcases the achievements of these talented music scholarship students, who range in age from 10 to 16, and are involved in various fields of study: voice, piano, violin and trumpet and drums.
he Cambria Chorale and the Lions Club have been the principal supporters of the Scholarship Fund, providing music lessons for students who show talent in vocal or instrumental music, who need financial assistance to continue their musical training.
A highlight of the event will be the presentation of the 2008 Jim Fitzgerald Award for Outstanding Achievement in Music to one of students.
Past recitals have been greeted with great enthusiasm and have received rave reviews from the audiences.
